Hey everyone! I'm Kevin, Co-Founder of What's Next along with my friends and former teammates Neil, Anthony and Gary. My life thus far has been driven by the recurring question, "What's Next?". The questions was easy to answer back when I was playing youth soccer, basketball and baseball: What was next? Whichever sport was to played in the next season. Easy.

The question was still simple to answer throughout the beginning of high school sports. I knew fall meant fall baseball, next came basketball in the winter, and then more baseball in the spring and summer. But what was next for me? I knew my basketball career wouldn't last past high school, so I focused my efforts on baseball; pitching to be exact. I played on a few summer teams down South because I wanted to showcase myself with hopes of getting an opportunity to play at the next level. What was next?

I got that opportunity. I played college baseball at Quinnipiac University, where I met a group of lifelong friends, including Neil, Anthony and Gary. Playing college baseball was an exciting and fulfilling experience. It doesn't get much better than traveling around the country with your best friends and playing a game we all love, against some of the top teams in the nation. But while we all had aspirations of continuing our playing days as professionals we knew it was probably not realistic for us all. We knew we had to face reality. So what was next?

I didn't really know. The question hit me hard. My entire life throughout college had been defined by sports. After graduation I hit a phase of uncertainty. What type of job do I want? Where should I live? Who can help me? I needed another challenge and I wanted to continue learning. So next came law school. I moved to Boston to embark on three years of a legal education, which I completed about a year ago. The excitement of the bar exam followed (it was not exciting) and I now find myself a licensed attorney. I currently work as an in-house lawyer for a consumer products company located in Boston. I'm continuing to challenge myself to learn as much as I can and add as many people to my network along the way. So now I continue to ask myself: What's Next?

I want to connect with as many current and former college athletes as I possibly can. I want to help others build their networks after college so that they have people to lean on when the going gets tough. My goal is to make the What's Next platform accessible and informative to the point where answering the question, "What's Next?" is nothing but easy. I hope you're as excited as I am!
